Empowering Your Feeding Journey with Knowledge, Compassion, and In-home Support

Orange County IBCLC

As an IBCLC I’m here to provide both the practical guidance and emotional support you need to create a healthy and fulfilling feeding journey with your baby.

Having breastfed my own two children, I deeply understand the joys and challenges that can come with feeding—like navigating latch issues, low supply, tongue and lip ties, supplementation, and even the emotional weight of postpartum depression and anxiety. My goal is to meet you where you are, sharing knowledge, tools, and heartfelt encouragement to help you and your family achieve your feeding goals with confidence and care.

kind words from nourished families

"She walked me through every step -- from helping my baby latch properly to guiding me through milk production, pumping, and storing breast milk safely. We met several times, and each session was incredibly valuable. Casey was patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed."

What is an IBCLC?

An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is a healthcare professional specializing in the clinical management of breastfeeding and lactation. IBCLCs are trained to provide expert guidance on all aspects of infant feeding, from addressing latch issues and milk supply concerns to navigating complex challenges like tongue and lip ties, pumping, and weaning. With a deep understanding of lactation physiology and infant nutrition, IBCLCs help families achieve their unique feeding goals in a compassionate and evidence-based way.

As an IBCLC, I bring this specialized expertise to my work alongside my credentials as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and postpartum doula. This holistic combination allows me to not only address the technical aspects of breastfeeding but also to integrate the broader needs of postpartum recovery, maternal nutrition, and emotional well-being into our work together. Whether I’m helping you establish a strong latch, nourishing your body through tailored meal plans, or offering hands-on postpartum support, my goal is to provide a seamless, nurturing experience that empowers you to thrive as a parent.
