Supportive Healing in the Fourth Trimester

Orange County Postpartum Doula

The postpartum season, often called the fourth trimester, is a time of profound transformation—for your body, your emotions, and your daily life.

It’s a season of healing and rest, but it’s also one of immense change, as routines are broken down and a new rhythm slowly begins to emerge. Many parents spend pregnancy preparing for their baby’s arrival, yet the days and weeks that follow can bring unexpected challenges, even when you think you’re ready. This is when the right support can make all the difference.

As your postpartum doula, I’m here to care for you with warmth and compassion, guiding you through this transformative time. Together, we’ll create space for your healing and moments of joy, so you can not only adjust to your new normal but thrive in it.
